About this Job: What you need for this position and experience supporting the following is required: · Excellent communication both verbal and written · Team player who can also work independently · Multi-OS environment Support · Network administrator · Help\Support Desk Documentation · Desktop Support · On-call and after hours support · RAID/Drive Support What you will be doing: • Create and maintain client support and support documentation database • Continual ability to deal with large volume of technical support tickets. • Retain excellent product knowledge across all product areas. • Stay current with any fixes or enhancements within the product. • Understand time management and working to meet our SLA. • Communicate clearly with clients and help build relationships with clients. • Build cross-team relationships. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot in multiple environments and infrastructure (Front and Backend server, programming, RAID support, database and directory services) Job Type: Full-time
