Hi, I am student of Civil Engineering(only graduation left) and I very well known everything about this type of calculations. So, I really hope that we will cooperate.

I can do this using Ansys software. The package offers both structural and fluid dynamics calculations. The way is to do 3 Modell of a fence, or just a part of it.

I have done a variety of fence designs for previous employers. These were primarily mesh/chain link security fences. I provided calculations based on standard mesh panel lengths and heights and pole spacing. Design criteria (wind loads, soil bearing pressures, pole spacings, etc) can be per IBC codes or your criteria if you prefer. I assume that you will be selecting from standard extruded pole sections.
