Hello, I think I understand what you need. At least approximately. You need to count the number of specific records for specified time periods and get the some of them all as the final result. I can make an SQL function that does that for you. You just need to write a very clear explanation of what exactly you need to accomplish. The best way would be to make a screen shot of one part of the table and tell me exactly which data you want extracted. In other words, you can even make an example of what you need on a small sample of a few table rows, so that I understand what you need on the scale of the entire table.
