We are intersted in looking for the best software development for a health sector business. We need to develop a program which icoporates three main areas: Point of sale mangement: This is more patient control and follow up. See what services the client is currenty using and paying for. The system needs to hold the record of 300 to 1000 clients and track the advances. Loyality control system: Incentivise clients which have been in the company for some time, create special events for them and track their use of reward points. Customer Managemnt System: Bring all email and comments into the other two systems to gather information from potencial and future clients. The whole system could either be devolped in a Microsoft system like CMR, RMS with Navision or begin with a more simple software solution that may be adapted to the health sector. The software needs to be in English and Spanish
