Qt C++ Software Functions

I need program new module for my software in Qt framework (C++). I need the freelancer to build a new routine storage (including asynchronous events such as pause or crash, points A, B, C, D, ... or change guidance line). This is independent of the 3D graphics. If the device suddenly turns off, the information should not be missed. After restarting, you must generate the crash event and leave the file paused. When you restart must repair the binary file or load the event in the database. I also want the freelancer to build a new module to play these files. You should be able to vary the speed of playback, fast forward or rewind the file (you can skip to next / previous change event guideline).
