programmer for an OBS Studio plugin and/or a standalone program

we are looking for a programmer for an OBS Studio plugin and/or a standalone program. this should then be based on the comparable GridPlayer and should work that way and also offer us other functionalities such as e.g. freely selectable video sources such as e.g. YouTube ,Dlive or Facebook and Twitter videos. Our idea would be to do this with a VLC Media Player network stream playList in OBS and the GridPlayer plugin should control the dynamic window structure. to the sound: the program or the plugin should also offer the function for each window or for each incoming stream that is taken over and also take over the channel name and show it in the window.
