Hello, When you say "Turbo C", are you referring to the 1990's Borland Turb C/C+= compiler for MS-DOS? If so, I can help you. I also specialise in WIndows and was head-hinted by Microsoft them selves many times. your BUDGEt though will not work for me- in all likelihood.
