Internet Explorer (IE6.0+) Toolbar Required

Hello! I'm looking for a expirienced Internet Explorer Extension developer. We need an IE toolbar developed for our company. I will hire you immediately if you fit this requirements: 1. Provide me with a sample toolbar you have done before 2. The most important thing here is a visual look of the toolbar Style of the buttons should be like Vista's style. Plugin will have one or two buttons only. 3. It should be written in C++ (we have C++ developers in our team, so they will be able to modify it later) All other detail will be sent upon request.
