Hello, I'll be glad assist you, but first I have one question. Character solvers usually do one of the following cases: 1. Replaces some unexpected chars with some alternate text. 2. Defines locale by char set. Could you please tell me which one do you need currently (I can do both :) and tell me what the input/output will be uses and which data format/type.
