Hi, I must say it is an interesting project. First of all we must need those cameras that detects motions. Thus, we shall use its SDK. Then we shall use Video Analytics - Facial Recognition artificial intelligence. That is possible through IFTTT integration. I could know after detailed study. We also have a requirement for cloud-based AI server. For this project, I recommend Python technology to work with the cameras. I am feeling 100% confident to discuss more with you.
