I am fluent in vb.net forms aplication and I am very experianced working with it. I can meet deadlines and do not charge much due to my reduced experiance using FreeLancer. I have made compression programs before (for text files) and can adapt it for you. My time frame is flexible and I can possiblly get it finished for tomorrow. i have done Scanning a document using WIA (Windows Image Acquisition), Compress the images to reduce the size then merge all the Image file to a PDF file using VB6 technology for my client. For scanning we have used image-scan control of kodak image control.
