Regarding your requirements, here is what is not entirely clear: In general, are the "links" for the manuals and the installer the internet links or just shortcuts to files included in the same package as the main program? Also, is the project coded in VCL or FMX? a) Should the text of the main menu be translated to the detected language, or should it simply setup the default value for the language drop down? b) If I understood correctly, the main program provides links to manuals and the actual installer. If the installer for the selected language is an internet link, isn't it always downloaded anyway? Or perhaps the installer is packed together with the main program so should be updated, or it is the main program itself that needs to be updated?
