Poker site

Need to make a poker website including design, coding, transactional, security, SEO and integration. Hosting to be determinated in a later phasis. Standard with a client loggin, table choice, payment, play... Must be a secure environment as money is involved. The development of a software will be necessary as the poker site will have a playing twist to make it different. Experience in gaming is a plus. Portfolio of similar project is required. For the moment, I want to find what my choices are. Ball park pricing will be appreciated. A mobile APP will be highly considerated. I want a great service with an update everyday.
