Hi I can do all expect phase 3: I can't write panel manager, becouse I'm not a coder. All other parts is not a problem.

I have experience of Installation and configuration of nginx software with rtmp and given below things 1. Able to stream live and embed code 2. Get HLS (M3U8) 3. Create a panel manager to retranscode( rtsp, rtmp) and able to add watermark on the video . When adding the watermark, i should be able to change them position, size etc 4. Put security on my streams to void others people to paste them on their site.
