We are a financial advisor and one of the services we provide our clients is the consolidation of their holdings / transactions across various banks onto our website. While some banks are able to provide us their data in CSV format, most banks are able to only provide PDFs These bank statement PDFs have a set format (as in each bank uses their own format, but that particular format is constant). We have used the currently available PDF converters e.g. Adobe ExportPDF or Wondershare but the results are a little spotty, essentially while the data on the PDF is nicely formatted into rows and columns, after conversion into Excel some of this data ends up in a different column and we have to spend a lot of time cleaning up the Excel files So we need some software solution that will predictably parse the PDFs files of set format (there are 3-4 formats, one for each bank) into Excel such that data always ends up in the correct row / column as it does in the PDF statement Flexible about what platform this software is written in ... okay with output being a CSV file also (doesnt have to be Excel)
