I have an open source chat application (client and server) its is written by (C#) you will complete it and write the missing blocks you will add some features, such like sending and receiving files use graphical immotions and faces do some modifications on the interface group chatting other features may be added before awarding the project the final product is a full completed C# messenger you will determine the needed environment and write a simple documents that explains the file structure , functionallity it should be well commented , and you may explain it on skype in 2-3 hours the open source code is attached
