Facebook daily posting and building fans

This is marketing project. We have the following variety of tasks: (A) Post or tag two articles daily, 12 hours separated for a period of two weeks. (B) Build our facebook fan database. You must present us either your marketing plan or show us your experience. We will provide a list of our competitors, our do's and do nots as well as direction. If the right person is found this task could be indefinite. Please list if you have experience with Facebook advertising. Here are the specs for the tasks, all must be met or no payment will not proceed: (1) Native English speaker, your writing dialect will be judged as well as your vocabulary. (2) Have past documentable experience in this field. Please submit your best along with material so we can see your quality and work ethic.
