Social Engine plugin

We are looking for a freelancer who is familiar with social engine, who could help set up a new plugin. Basicaly our website is about club owners advertising their services so that regular users can access their services and create events for themselves and friends. 2 end users will be able to register on the website. the club owner(user 1) and the regular user (user 2). Our current social engine configuration only enables users to create simple events. But we would like to add a little touch to it wih more options such as: -enabling club owners (user 1) to create a profile for their clulbs and be able to enter any vital information such as club's location/description, tel [login to view URL] etc -uploading/displaying club's inside photos (there will be a " inside photo" section/tab) -uploading/displaying past events photos that occured in the same club (there will be a " past event photo" section/tab) -and another tab where the owner could list diffrent services his club offers (reservation, bottle service etc..) Once the club information is created, we would like the regular user (user 2) to be able to browse/search through those events (based on his location) and at same time to be able to create his own event in his chosen club, invite his friends... More details will be given to the freelacer who thinks he could make this plugin possible.
