We currently have a need to develop a SharePoint intranet for our internal staff for a NDIS service provider in Sydney, Australia. Below is the project scope: Scope Overview: Company Background We are a NDIS service provider based in Sydney, Australia. Empowering and enriching the lives of individuals living with disabilities. Employees: 60 Problem Statement The company does not have an effective internal communication system to engage all internal staff. Scope: Our company would like a SharePoint Intranet Website developed for internal team members to effectively communicate and to see news, announcements and policies/procedures. High-level requirements: - About us - Department site pages (Marketing, HR, Finance, Compliance, Leadership, Regional offices) - Policies and Procedures (file management of documentation) - News and Announcements - Page for links to external platforms (Learning management system and Operational software) - Images Colours, logo and specific customisation similar to company website - but we want it simple and sophisticated. We have licence to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

The project work involves the creation of an Intranet sites using Sharepoint Online and customizing to fit the organization branding and any relevant templates. ➢ Intranet site and pages will be implemented as per requirement. ➢ The intranet site will support Sharepoint recommended devices such as IOS Phone, Android phone, Windows Desktop and Mac desktop and browsers. ➢ 1 Internal site with certain number of subsites (as per details will be provided) ➢ Development team will create required Groups, Users and Permissions as per the Organization chart; however, an access matrix will be required from Client.
