We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering top 10 Google keyword rankings for multiple projects and should be well-versed in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques using best practices and the latest algorithms. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **On-Page SEO Optimization:** - Perform comprehensive website audit and identify SEO opportunities. - Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags, and content. - Enhance website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. - Implement schema markups and structured data. - Ensure optimal internal linking and silo structure. - Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, 404s, and canonicalization. 2. **Off-Page SEO Optimization:** - Develop and implement high-quality link-building strategies. - Boost domain authority through content marketing, guest blogging, and content outreach. - Monitor and report on backlink profile health. 3. **Keyword Strategy and Optimization:** - Identify and target 25 keyword phrases that resonate with our target audience and business goals. - Ensure our website ranks within the top 10 for targeted keyword phrases. - Continually analyze keyword performance and optimize accordingly. 4. **Reporting and Analysis:** - Monitor keyword rankings using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent. - Deliver monthly SEO performance reports, insights, and recommendations. - Analyze competitors and stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices. **Requirements:** - Minimum 3 years of SEO experience. - Proven track record of achieving top 10 Google rankings for competitive keywords. - Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Updated with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithm updates. Links building should follow: - No black hat and other unethical SEO Spam techniques. Only white hat methods and ethical work will be accepted. - Backlink pages must relate to our site topic - Link pages and our links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. - Links must be permanent, static html links. - One way links only, no reciprocal links. - No [login to view URL] blocking.
