Organic SEO Expert - White Hat Methods Only - Verbal and Written English (US) Proficiency Required -- PROVEN RESULTS NEEDED TO APPLY PLEASE -- 2

We are looking for an Organic SEO expert to join our team. You must be able to show proven results of on-page and off-page SEO. You need to show confirmed results of clients that you've worked with in the past and RESULTS of increased rankings and traffic due to your involvement. Please provide specific examples in your proposal. Understanding Adsense is also helpful since we have sites on the Adsense system. You will be managing multiple websites for a set number of hours per week (Site X 3 hours, Site Y 1 hour, etc.); accordingly, you will need to be very exact in your login/logout times weekly since our fees from the clients are based on these budgets. You will have to track those hours in our Jibble system and record tasks completed and reasoning in the client's SLACK channels. In addition, you will need to make a brief 10-15 minute Loom video each week explaining what was done and, specifically, how you expect it to affect rankings, along with any follow-up on the successes (or failures) of other measures taken in the past --- in other words, you will be doing an ongoing once a week 10-15 minute Loom video giving an SEO update for each site you manage (and a 1-2 paragraph summary in their SLACK CHANNEL). Because you will be communicating with clients and other contractors, your written and verbal/spoken skills in Engish are necessary. A video of "Why You're The Perfect Candidate For This Position" (1-3 minutes) is required to be considered for this position (not a Zoom/Skype call, etc. - a video so that it can be shared with our team). For this job, we require work with a single consistent individual. We do not want an agency where we work with many different people. We require a single individual to do this work. YOU MUST PROVIDE A VIDEO OF WHY YOU'RE THE PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR THE POSITION. THIS WILL HELP US DETERMINE YOUR ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE ON ZOOM DIRECTLY WITH THE CLIENT. You must also be able to use our [login to view URL] system. You should be available for at least 4 hours (Monday - Friday) from 9 AM - 5 PM EDT (New York City Timezone) as you may need to coordinate work with our programmers, content writers, project managers, and other staff to further the SEO goals of the site. Once you choose these four hours of availability, it will need to stay the same for every day in the future for planning purposes. We primarily work on Word Press site platforms; accordingly, you must be highly proficient with Word Press. This position is the WP liaison for the remainder of the SEO Team --- so you should have some ability to design and have high proficiency in Elementor. In addition, we use both RANK MATH and YOAST Plugins. In addition to your work in these plugins (and pages/posts), you must audit and edit content providers' work on many sites (blog writers, etc.) to ensure SEO consistency and best practices. We currently work with BrightLocal, Ubbersuggest, AHREFS, and Google Analytics/Dashboard. You will need to be highly proficient in all these tools, including but not limited to adding sites to the dashboard, manual submissions of pages, XML site maps, etc. This work will be both ongoing and expanding.
