We are a leading digital marketing agency in Australia specialising in promoting new home builders in Australia. To enhance our online presence and local search visibility, we are seeking a skilled freelancer to manage our Google My Business (GMB) profile and citations across various online platforms. We need to have three different GMB Hubs for three different states, which is Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. Responsibilities: Google My Business Management: • Ensure our GMB profile is complete, accurate, and optimised for relevant keywords. • Regularly update business information, including address, phone number, business hours, and services offered. • Utilise GMB features such as posts, photos, and reviews to engage with our audience and showcase our services. Citations Management for Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland: • Identify and create business citations on relevant online directories, industry platforms, and local listing websites. • Ensure consistency of business information (NAP - Name, Address, Phone) across all citations for better local search rankings. • Monitor and respond to reviews on various citation platforms to maintain a positive online reputation. Local SEO Optimisation for Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland: • Implement local SEO strategies to improve our agency's visibility in local search results. • Conduct keyword research to identify local search terms relevant to the home building industry in Australia. • Optimise website content for local search, including meta tags, headers, and geographically relevant keywords. Performance Tracking and Reporting: • Monitor the performance of our GMB profile and citations using analytics tools. • Provide regular reports on key metrics such as visibility, engagement, and customer reviews. • Suggest and implement improvements based on performance data.
