105463 need to optimize page on sites

need to optimize index pages on many sites. Looking for long term relationship with writer for our many web sites that we have and will be having in the future, need someone that has working knowledge of what google, msn and yahoo are looking for in keyword searches. I am looking for someone that will optimze each sites index page and send me a report once in a while on new positions for less than $50.00 per site one time [login to view URL] least 5 sites to start with and many more after that.
