Marketing assistants for Lotto software

Hello Poviders; I need marketing assistants for my well conceived and beta tested logic to convert into a software product. My beta tests 5/6 yielded remarkable results in determining high tier winnings. Also I need affiliates or sponsors to real test my product. I have done in Excel with minimum VBA and UDF. Now I want it to make it as a separate package/program to execute in all platform. I'll provide all the details with respect to my research analysis which took me more than 2 years and the data from scratch one draw to 200+. On selecting the winning bidder I'll assign the work.
