Create a Form for Order Entry Take input Order Type (Type 1 or Type 2) values will come from Type Table Take input Customer Number Allow only Customer Numbers based on Order Type Take input Order Date Create a next Button to show next screen/form Click on Next to show next form based on Type 1 and Type2 data will be saved in Order Detail Type 1 or Order Detail Type 2 Display Second form with values coming from first form user cannot change them. Take input Item Number Take input Item Quantity get item price and multiply it with Item price calculate extended price Allow user to save or cancel the order on last form
