Tech Sales Representive

Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth revenue by implementing effective sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role is to be proactive, results-oriented, and have a passion for building strong client relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. (Preferred Business, Marketing, IT or a related field). Proficient in using CRM software such as HubSpot, or ZOHO CRM Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English Speaker is a must. Well versed in Internet services, VOIP telecommunications and web services such as hosting, design and maintenance Knowledgeable with IT terms that contributes to a dynamic and informed approach to tech sales. Tech Savvy with a deep understanding of IT concepts, trends, and emerging technologies. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with the industry and market trends. Understanding of the company's products or services. Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences. Present and promote the company's products or services to potential clients. Customize sales presentations to address the specific needs and goals of prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand clients' businesses and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Set and achieve sales targets and goals within specified timeframes. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.
