We require a person or team experienced in doing pay per click ads on the business social networking site LinkedIn. Experience in working with real estate industry clients is a big plus.
We are a business specializing in email marketing in the real estate industry. We offer clients one of two options: outsourcing their email marketing where we do all the marketing work for them, or insourcing their email marketing where we sell them an email database and provide assistance on sending email campaigns.
Initially we want our LinkedIn ads to focus on selling our extensive email databases of US and Canada Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Investors. Shortly thereafter, we will also want ads advertising our email marketing services.
We have a $100 LinkedIn ad voucher we can use initially with our LinkedIn ads as we have never done any ads on LinkedIn yet. Once this $100 credit has been spent we want to step back, look at results, adjust accordingly, and continue forward with our LinkedIn ads on an ongoing basis.
In your bid please advise on the following:
- Your Pay Per Click experience and credentials, especially with LinkedIn
- the number of hours you can commit per week to this project
- your hourly rate
- how you measure success vs. failure with a Linked In ad campaign - is it by Cost Per Purchase Conversion (actual buying customer), Cost Per Conversion (a prospect joins our mailing list), or some other metrics?
