Simple calculator

I am looking for someone to design me a simple program that i can run from my windows 2008 server. This program will be accessed via a web browser and it will walk my telemarketers through a variety of prompts, (or if-then statements). The business sells satellite services for Dish Network and there are a variety of packages and options that the customer can choose from. I want different things to happen based on what the user selects or inputs. The variations are programming, receiver type, hd or not hd, dvr fees, etc. So when the telemarketer is on the phone with miss sara, i want him to ask sara simple questions that he will be walked through via the program you create. So for example the first question is: Customer Name <screen prompts for customer name> then goes to the next screen or box with appear below. Customer Address <then prompts for address>, etc. Then when it comes to configuration, the system will ask for the number of HD TV's the customer wants hooked up to satellite, and then SD TV's the customer wants hooked up to satellite. The telemarketer enters those and the system will select the best match up on receivers based on the info from the database. AND it will calculate a running price as the telemarketer adds more options or takes away options the price will adjust accordingly. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 4)The timeline for this site is very important. If the coder does not meet the requirements for the timelines or deadlines, whatever work they have done must be submitted to this post on rent a coder, and all posted work will become the property of the buyer. The buyer will own the copyright(s). 5)If coder falls behind the deadline, coder will not be paid and buyer will select a new coder immediately. (If you don't think you can meet the deadlines, please do not bid, or ask that the deadlines be re-negotiated.) 6)If this project ends up going to mediation/arbitration, and the coder loses the arbitration, then all project files, programming, images, etc. become property of the buyer without compensation. (The buyer will own the copyright(s).) ## Platform Anything that is supported by windows 2008 server without having to install 3rd party software.
