Email list sending.

I'm looking for someone to do my email marketing for me. I have an email list and this will involve sending email blasts to my 20,000 subcribers. Ideally i'd like you to be able to understand email blasting software that sends to thousands of email and ideally you'd have your own software that works well. If not I can provide. It would be a regular job -Any time someone wanted to rent our list we would tell you send a html email blast to the 20,000 subscribers. You would then mangage the bounce backs unsubscribes etc... Of which there may be many. I really need someexperienced in this so that it can run efficiently. We will most likley accept the best bidder who shows they understand whet this job needs.
