Junior Rails Engineer for Mobile App Backend

We’re an Android game development company and are currently working on a Rails backend that we would like to hire a rails engineer to help us out with. We are hoping to hire an engineer to help us on a regular schedule over skype and email. We are looking for candidates that are responsible and eager to learn.. We value prompt responses, complete solutions and fast turnovers. On a more technical level, we prefer individuals with at least two years of Rails experience, computer science degrees, and production experience. We’re planning on starting out by filling in functions and fixing bugs together and then hopefully working more closely together over time.
