Health Tracking App MVP

We are looking for a team of developers who is able to help us developing an application that helps tracking users health status. It's going to be a a classic server side rendered application. As a theme we will be using Bootstrap. As we already have experience with Ruby on Rails we would like to use Ruby on Rails for the application. You should be familiar with Rails and have worked with it before. Things like N+1 should ring a bell. If you have a team of developers who know rails please place a bid on the project. We would be paying by the hour or for a batch of features. For project management we use Jira. Please include some source code that you have written in Rails before and/or a link to your/team members github account. Project launch is immediately.
