Need experienced Ruby on Rails programmer to change automated document management procedure on an existing site:
1. Upon PDF file upload, run SWFlash to convert it to SWF into a directory with restricted access.
2. Change parameters in a web page in the restricted access section to reflect the location of the new SWF.
Should take 30 minutes for the experienced programmer.
