I require a list of 250 residential apartment block management / agent companies. The geographical area for the leads is in the UK, and the leads are to have an office with the following area from Newcastle along the east coast to Hull, and inland as far as Leeds, taking in Harrogate, York & Doncaster. The block / estate management companies will need to be based in the above areas, and the properties which are being managed will also need to be in the same geographical areas. The management companies will need to be managing blocks of apartments which have at least 10 apartments per block. I require the management company name, the full postal address of the office including postcode, the office telephone number, the individual name of the person responsible for the block management within that office and his or her email address.
