North American Pet Owners - Email List Building (1510493)

We are compiling a database of emails for Pet owners in North America (Canada and USA.) ? They should belong to people who are able to buy from the Internet and ideally have purchased pet products recently online.? List must be opt-in only.? We are only interested in Quality and NOT Quantity.? We have been offered the multi-million lists for small dollar amounts and are not interested.? Lists must be verifiable.? Out goal is to gather opt-in emails for at least 150,000 to 200,000 pet owners (there are over 40 million Pet owners in the USA.)? This is the first category of many we will build, so good performance can result in an ongoing relationship. ? ## Deliverables Here is a list of requirements: ? 1- Emails MUST be from USA or Canada. 2- Emails should be active, and preferably from people who recently made pet related purchases online. 3- You provide a sample of at least 2500 emails for a test ??" for verification so we can get data on bounces and valid addresses and opens.? ? Min 5% open is the goal.? ?
