Project description I did a survey to 100 key informants according the e-government portals services and other items. The questionnaire consists of 63 items; the items are classified in dimensions and factors. For example; the heuristic evaluation is 22 items, classified in 8 dimensions, and the heuristic evaluation all in all in its items and dimensions is one factor. In sum: 100 key informants responded to 63 questionnaire items. The 63 items are in 18 dimensions, and the 18 dimensions are in 8 factors. The response to the questionnaire items is 5 -Likert scales. After the data were collected face-to face technique were coded and set in an excel sheet. Further, the research aimed three e-government portals. Each one had 100 key informants, responded to the same questionnaire according to a specific portal. All in all: Portal 1: 100 key informants Portal 2: 100 key informants Portal 3: 100 key informants The key informants are different for each portal The same questionnaire were used for the three portals The questionnaire as above mentioned was 63 items, in 18 dimensions and 8 factors Data collected and set in excel sheets The analysis required is Data envelopment analysis to find performance the Tukey HSD test to find the difference between the portals The final output is a full statistical analysis report and the results interpretive
