Hi all, The main objective is create a basic 3D walk through of the exterior circumference of the building, aerial circumference of the rooftop, a brief walk through of the rooftop and then another aerial circumference of the rooftop at night. It is for presentation purpose, thus have to look nice/bright and to give a “Green” , “Foresty”, “Fresh” and “Healthy” feeling. Duration of the video can be as short as possible, hopefully less than 1 minute. What I require is the below: 1. Apply materials and decals. 2. Insert plantations at rooftop. 3. Insert plantations around exterior. 4. Insert humans using the rooftop. I will be providing the 3D model in 3DSmax, All information related will be provided to shortlisted freelancers only. I have also attached screenshots of the model for your bidding. Good luck.
