Office rendering with hand drawn filter

A rendering of an office space. This is a home office and therefore a smaller space, so I need the BEST camera angle to show the design well. It CANNOT look crowded. The rendering MUST have a hand drawn filter and have character, NOT look rigid and cold. All materials supplied will be for concept, only the 2 office guest chairs MUST be modeled to be exact ones that I send. The deadline is Thursday August 10th 12 noon PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, but I must receive a preliminary by Monday August 7th at 5pm PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. If these deadlines are not met, I will file for a dispute and not finish the project. I will not accept any sad stories... deadlines must be met. The side elevations show shelves to the floor, that is WRONG, they are to float 12" from floor. Lighting, shadows, reflections must all be made realistic. Rendering MUST have character and colors MUST be correct. Please proved at least 3 examples of previous work that would show hand drawn filters.
