I need help pre-interviewing applicants for my insurance agency. Will need to be able to pre-screen applicants and have good personal skills/communication skills.
I believe I will be awesome for this job as I am very personable and welcoming and I have a warming personality and can get along with everyone! I have managerial experience as well and have been involved in the hiring process before.
I’m a very motivated worker and a fast learner and although I’m new to the world of work I noticed in your job posting that a big part of this position is interacting with customers.

Extensive interviewing experience with number of organisation for multiple profiles. I am assuming that the candidates will be sourced prior to my screening them.
I have excellent communication skills in English language and can work for 6 hrs a day without breaks
