I am looking for a Python developer with a Physics or Electrical engineering background who can simulate a rotating magnetic field using a magpylib Python package. Magpylib is a Python package for calculating 3D static magnetic fields of magnets, line currents and other sources. However, for my studies i would need to simulate rotating magnetic fields generated by MRI machines. Objective: Develop an in silico (computer simulation) environment for navigating microbots using magnetic fields. 1. Understanding the Background: In vitro experiment microbots are propelled using rotating magnetic fields generated by MRI machines. This propulsion is achieved by imparting a spin on the microbot using an electromagnet, translating the spin into forward motion. 2. Setup the Magnetic Simulation Environment: Write code to extend the magpylib library into magnetic simulation environment in Python that accurately replicates the real-world behavior of microbots under magnetic fields. The environment should allow manipulation of the magnetic field parameters, particularly current (ix, iy, iz) and phase angles (ranging between 0° and 360°). i=current. 3. Microbot Behavior Under Magnetic Fields: Once the simulation environment is set up, place a microbot in it. Observe if the microbot imparts a spin, emulating the real-world behavior. Assess the ability to adjust the spin rate by modifying the parameters of current and phase angles. Requirements: - Must have experience with the specific Python package (please specify the package) - Strong understanding of magnetic fields and simulations - Proficiency in Python programming Skills and Experience: - Knowledge of magnetic fields and simulations - Proficiency in Python programming - Ability to deliver high-quality and detailed simulations within the given timeframe
