Hello, This is Mohamed Mostafa; and by reading your project it is a simple by using Python and the help Pandas Data Frame. Pandas Data Frame is a powerful tool to manipulate any kind of data tables structures including CSV and Excel sheets. It is also a cool tool to merge or append data tables from various sources and to assess the data to find any data quality issues (Completeness, Validity, Accuracy, Consistency) and Tidiness issues in order to take actions to clean the data. My bid assumes that the data is a bit clean; as you know for sure no data tables come clean. If the data needs cleaning i assume more time will be needed to deliver the final excel sheet.
