conversion of static web pages to bootstrap and integration with flask

Hi, there are 4 static html pages that needs to be converted to bootstrap code(using bootstrap studio). shouldn't be too difficult, I guess. Now, it has to be integrated with flask framework(with create_app function, not with just simple @[login to view URL]('/'). Now, what is ready: [login to view URL](ie table schemas, creation etc). Now, I got the code for authorization too, but I want to be developed in a professional way(just how its supposed to be) in modular way. So no beginners in flask please, i am a flask developer myself, but still I want the experts to pitch in who has developed earlier. Rest will be shown to freelancer selected.
