Basic Coding project - Webcam object tracking WITHOUT outputting webcam stream as well

Just struggling with a project I'm trying to put together. I am new to python so i hope my explanation makes sense. Basically i want to track objects using openCV such as in this video: [login to view URL] Then, I want to remove the webcam stream from the output - so that only the bounding boxes and frame rate are visible on a black background (the objects still continue to be tracked and boxed, but the live feed is removed) Does that make sense?
