<<USE DATA IN ATTACHED FILE>> Create a DTI Calculator, Pricing Calculator and loan processing flow to price each loan provided. Use an object-oriented design. Provide the result of each loan in a json file. Each offer should have populated - baseGrade - finalGrade - interestRate - whether it is valid - APR and Payment amount if you attempt those Also, for each loan application it should have the following - DTI - Overall Approve/Decline decision on loan. - Analysis of portfolio - How many loans were approved vs declined? For the approved loans, what is the break-down of number of loans by finalGrade when only using the 36-month offer? What is the revenue generated by LendingClub from the portfolio assuming a 5% origination fee? How would the approval rate change if you on the DTI calculation you assumed a payment amount of 6% of the balance for those without a payment amount? Provide all relevant code to produce or obtain results from above including unit tests.
