Help implement a web application using Django/REST/AngularJS/Google Maps/PostGIS

We need some help developing a medium-sized web application (9-15 screens) using: * Python 3 * Django 1.7 * Django REST Framework * AngularJS 1.3 * Twitter Bootstrap * PostgreSQL 9.3 * PostGIS * Google Maps API / Widget * Test-driven development (via [login to view URL] and mocha/jasmine) You\'ll be working with one of our in-house engineers, so there\'s some need for the occasional Google hangout/Skype call between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Luxembourg time (GMT+1). Also, please don\'t apply if you can\'t have at least ~4 hours a day dedicated to our project. We currently have plenty of similar projects in the pipe, so this may turn into a ongoing (i.e. long-term) mission if everything goes well.
