A property based site,advertising rental rooms and properties(house/flats). the functionality and items listed below. 1) fully editable application that will allow me to edit the site content at my convenience in a none technical manner (no code necessary). 2) a professional design 3) two register forms 1 for landlords and 1 for applicants. 4) a secure login system for your clients. 5) One shared or two databases 1 for rooms available and 1 for apartments. 6) a search facility with upto 10 catagories ie. area, price, bedrooms, type etc. 7) file upload facility for landlords to upload descriptions and images. 8) The site should cover the whole of London including if possible, kent, surrey & essex 9) Ability for landlords and applicants to contact each other. 10) The index page of my site should reflect [login to view URL], simple yet precise, Our story will be (About us- short intro), then Find A flat/House....(link), Find A Room....(link), Lifestyle management....(link) and Our Contact details. 11) On the right hand side where there is news ,contact etc. would be our own intro offers. 12) Lifestyle management page will offer details of other services we offer.
