We are a young enterprise application software product company addressing NBFCs and Banks with a suite of pure play SaaS products in the Lending space. About the Program Manager role: As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our Lending solutions at clients. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in project management and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be critical in achieving client satisfaction and project success. I'm a certified PMP and managing programs for last 20 years with diverse industry experience. I'm also involved as a volunteer with the Project Management Institute (Pune Chapter) and held a board position. I have had the privilege of working with prestigious international organizations such as Maersk, Three UK, TechMBS, Sitel and Sterling to help them with Implementation / Improvements Programs. For Maersk, I've lead their Digital Transformation Program i.e. developing automations which lead to ~300+ FTE savings. While I may not possess direct experience in lending processes and banking/NBFC operations, I am highly motivated to rapidly acquire the required knowledge and skills to excel in this aspect of the role. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and apply them effectively I am eager to prove my capabilities and establish myself as a reliable and proficient freelancer.
