Venezuela 31/03/2016 Dear Sir I have work in construction for 30+ years now, in the field and in the office programing construction activities. It involve quantity surveying and the bill of materials. I have seen people doing works and can estimate the time it takes to do things. Using Microsoft Project I made PertCPM for: an expansion of a refinery, a construction of a hotel and several others. My experience in carpentry is in form works for pouring concrete, and a program for the furniture of a hotel and wood finish in the hall and balcony. In construction monitoring, in the department of plannification made regularly in a two weeks basis measure the advance of a range of construction works, finding how to overcome delays, and estimating future progress of works based in the actual performances obtained and making reports to the head quarters. Financial planning was made using the cost for activities in the time they will be done in the schedule and making previsions of the cash flow. I managed projects concealing the progress and it cost with the value of the works to be evaluated for a payment from the contractors; in their labour cost; the materials cost and the machinery actually used versus the planed ones. The contracts are to be designed according to the time schedule, with some specifications relative to them I will be grateful to work at your orders, for obtaining the best rating.
