Procurement for Technical Partner/Consultant - Securing Proposals to Set-up an Engineered Apparel Factory

Procurement Services are Required To source, secure and evaluate at least 10 proposals from Garment and textile industry professional firms with rich and dynamic experience in the apparel sector including setting up production lines, training, manufacturing, management, customer service, quality system management, knowledge transfer, and human resource development. We require a long list and shortlist with a recommendation of selecting the best partner with rational justification in terms of best price value for money and in terms of the lowest price and a summary presentation. o All proposals to be addressed to NHTG. o Provide all native forms of the files (Excel, Dwg, Doc.. etc) with a clear calculation formula.
