30 usd fixed daily payments + big bonuses We are a dynamic trading platform on the lookout for a talented and experienced Salespersons from Poland to join our team and increase our client base. Who will suit us: 1. Speak fluent Polish, Ukrainians are also welcome as long as you speak Polish very good. 2. Experience in sales, any industry will do, but if you have experience in finance&trading sales, that is a big plus. 3. Know the basics of finance, terms like cryptocurrency and etc, watched "Wolf of the Wall Street" :) 4. Availability from 11 am till 9 pm to call people. 5. It would be great if you belong to those perseverent people with high energy and the ability to reassure and convince people. What will be your job: 1. Call the clients generated by our ads department, those will be people already interested in investing, but will need to convince them in doing this. You need to convince and give the number of the main manager who is much more experienced in trading and who will accept the deposit payments and share the details. So, you will be the second step in a 3-step job. Calls will be done via an IP telephony software that can be installed both on your pc and smartphone, so it will be free of charge and your number will not be involved. 2. Make some notes on the system, like did not reply, interested, agreed to make deposit and so on. Calls will be recorded automatically. 3. In case we have a high refusal rates, we will conduct calls with you in the end of the day to understand why people refused, what can be done to improve the rate. We will be translating some calls ourselves to understand how you talked and what was problem. This will help us all. Our responsilibilities: 1. It is not a scam, it is a usual platform, just like Binomo or Binance for example, of course the risk of losing some amount is there, but there is a real opportunity to increase the amount if you have luck and manage to build a good portfolio. People can withdraw their money any time they wish. 2. We will pay you 30 usd (we will increase it gradually till 35 usd till February) daily if you manage to convince 1 person to make a deposit (min deposit is 250 usd). First 3 days even if you dont achieve anything, we will still pay you 30 usd to keep you motivated, but if we see that the 4th day you still did not make any success, we will have to say good bye each other. You will still earn 120 usd though... But considering that we will give you 50-100 interested clients to call, it is hard to make 0 result... That will mean that you are not a person for sales. Usually, our salespersons bring 5-10 clients per day. Here is the sweetest part: we give for every client, more than 1 daily, 30 usd bonus in the end of the month. so, if you bring 30 clients per month, then there is no bonus, but if you manage to bring 60 clients per month, in the end of the month you will get 30 usd (will probably increase till 33-35 usd till February) for each of those extra 30 clients, so you will earn 900+900 = 1800. This way, you can earn up to 3000 - 4000 usd per month, especially more beginning from February, as you will also gain more experience.
