Hi, I'm looking for someone to carry out a BNG assessment (Small Sites Metric). The purpose of the development is to divide a large garden in order to add one residential dwelling. There is a clear vision for what I want the design to look like (approximately as last slide in the attached) and at this stage, the application is outline only.
